The semi-automatic round-bottle labeler runs at 20–40 pieces per minute. An operator places each bottle and lifts it off again, so plan output around that person. Its accuracy figure leaves out bottle and label variation, so agree the finished-label tolerance separately. [3]

The precision flat labeler handles small flat parts with a tighter accuracy figure. Beili also states that roughly 95 percent come within ±0.1 mm. Ask how that share was measured and set your own acceptance limit for every part. [4]

The ampoule cartoner takes injections pre-loaded in trays or blisters and packs them into cartons. It folds and inserts leaflets, prints batch data and rejects faulty cartons.
