Beili Semi-Automatic Precision Flat Labeler

Beili's precision flat labeler applies small labels to electronic parts, SD cards, batteries and similar items with flat, slightly curved or recessed faces. The operator loads each part and removes it after labeling. A PLC, a subdivided stepper drive and a fiber-optic sensor control placement, which Beili rates at ±0.2 mm excluding product and label errors, adding that about 95 percent of parts reach ±0.1 mm. Parts measure 10–200 mm each way and labels 6–65 mm. Output is 15–30 pieces per minute. A turntable and automatic loading or unloading are options.

The precision flat labeler in brief

Beili's precision flat labeler is a semi-automatic, 40 kg machine for putting small labels on small parts such as SD cards, batteries and other electronic components. Each part goes in by hand, receives its label and comes out by hand. Beili quotes ±0.2 mm placement excluding product and label errors, labels from 6 to 65 mm, and 15–30 pieces per minute. It suits short and medium runs where label position on a small part matters.

Controls and accuracy

The machine combines a PLC, a subdivided stepper drive and a fiber-optic sensor. Beili also mentions small curved and recessed surfaces among its applications. Beili's page names no model; include a request for the model designation in your inquiry. [1]

Beili rates placement at ±0.2 mm and adds that about 95 percent of parts can reach ±0.1 mm. Treat ±0.2 mm as the working figure, and ask Beili how the ±0.1 mm share was measured and on what samples. Set your own measurable limit before you compare it with other precision labelers.

The product text mentions labels as small as 6–8 mm, and the table sets 6 mm as the minimum in each direction. Send a label drawing and real labels so Beili can confirm the smallest size it will run for you. [1]

Set the datum and the tolerance

A small label is always placed relative to something: a part edge, a hole, a printed mark or the fixture. Name the feature that decides acceptance, and say whether rotation counts as well as offset. A machine can hit its figure relative to the fixture while part variation moves the label relative to another feature.

Ask Beili which product and label errors its figure leaves out. Bring parts and labels that cover your normal production spread. Measure each part one by one and record the method, because an average error can hide parts outside the limit.

Manual loading and automation options

Each part is placed by hand, labeled, then removed. Beili's round-bottle labeler uses the same hand-load cycle, so for both machines time the full operator cycle along with the table rate. An indexing turntable, automatic loading and automatic unloading are offered as options depending on the job. List each one you want in the equipment schedule.

For delicate electronics, describe handling limits and any environmental controls you need. Beili's page lists no electrostatic-discharge protection, cleanroom rating or soft-contact specification. If you need any of these, write them into the quotation request. If the labeled parts are then counted into bags, quote that step with counting and bagging equipment as a separate machine.

Surface contact and changeover

Beili names flat, curved and recessed faces. Send your actual part and mark the label contact area on a drawing. Check for edge lift, marks on the part and wrinkles, along with position. If the label goes into a recess, ask Beili to confirm the applicator can reach it and what tooling it needs.

Run a switch between two typical jobs. Note fixture swaps, alignment work, wasted labels and time to the first good part. The table rate leaves out changeover, so judge the cell with your own operator and parts.

Before you place the order

Request written answers on these points:

  • the model, revision and fixture it proposes;
  • the test data behind the 95 percent at ±0.1 mm figure;
  • the position and angle tolerance it will meet against your datum;
  • the height limit and smallest label for your part;
  • which turntable, feeding and unloading options are in the price.

Buyer questions

Is ±0.1 mm guaranteed?

Beili's rated figure is ±0.2 mm with exclusions; about 95 percent of parts reach ±0.1 mm. If you need ±0.1 mm, get a signed acceptance definition and Beili's test data. [1]

Does it come with ESD protection?

Beili's page lists none. If you need it, specify it and check it at the trial.

Will it label any part up to 200 × 200 mm?

The table gives length and width limits only. Shape, height, fixture and surface access also matter, so Beili needs to see the real part and label.
