Beili Automatic Ampoule Cartoning Machine

Beili's automatic ampoule cartoner packs injections that already sit in trays or blisters into tuck-flap cartons. It folds and inserts the leaflet in step with the carton, prints three rows of batch data, and detects, stops and rejects faulty cartons online. Beili rates it at 40–80 pieces per minute. The machine draws 1.1 kW, measures 3150 × 1120 × 1500 mm and weighs 850 kg. Serial-number printing and hot-melt closing are options. It suits pharmaceutical packers who already fill and tray their ampoules and need the secondary carton stage.

The ampoule cartoner in brief

Beili's automatic ampoule cartoner takes injections already loaded in trays or blisters, or items of similar size, and packs them into tuck-flap cartons with a folded leaflet. It prints batch data on each carton and rejects faulty ones online. Beili rates it at 40–80 pieces per minute, with a 1.1 kW drive and an 850 kg frame. It suits a packing hall that already fills, seals and trays its ampoules and wants the carton stage automated.

Where it sits in the line

Beili describes links to upstream printing and tray-loading machines. Ampoule making, drug filling, sterilization and sealing of the primary container all happen before this machine. Quote those stages separately so you compare cartoners with cartoners. [1]

The product page gives no model code and no carton or tray size range. Send a format drawing with your request so Beili can propose a configuration for your pack.

The electrical table lists 220 V/380 V and 50/60 Hz. Ask for the electrical schedule of the version you order. [1]

Gentle handling of glass

Beili describes a secondary transfer into the carton meant to protect the injections. Ask Beili where the tray is supported, how insertion is guided and what happens when a tray jams.

Trial the machine with your trays or blisters and your carton. Agree safe test material and the inspection method with Beili and your own technical team. Count broken containers, displaced products and rejected cartons as separate tallies.

Carton, leaflet and print as one format

A carton that runs well with one leaflet or tray can behave differently with another. Send the full packaging set for every format. Ask for the adjustments, change parts and setup sheets each format needs. Beili says several sizes can be set within a range, so ask for that range in figures.

The optional serial-number printer prints numbers. If you need full serialization or traceability, list data handling, print inspection, rejected-code handling and system interfaces in your request. The optional hot-melt unit should match the carton closure you specify. [1]

Test faults as well as steady running

Beili describes fault messages on the screen and a detection and reject system. Ask for a recorded demonstration of each fault in the quotation, such as a missing leaflet, an insertion stop or an unreadable print, if those are among the quoted checks.

Agree how operators find and clear rejected or part-filled cartons and how the machine restarts. Count accepted cartons over an agreed period, stops included. Beili publishes no test method behind 40–80, so base shift output on your own trial. The ROT-120A servo cartoner from another supplier quotes 40–80 cartons/min in its text and 80–120 in its table, a reminder that a rated range alone cannot rank two cartoning offers.

Written confirmations to request

Before signing, have Beili state on paper:

  • the model, the carton and tray size range, and the change parts for your formats;
  • the unit behind the 40–80 rating and the accepted output in your trial;
  • which faults the detection system catches;
  • whether serial printing and hot-melt closing are in the price;
  • the documentation and qualification support it will supply for your process.

Buyer questions

Does this machine fill ampoules?

No. It starts from trays or blisters that already hold the filled products. [1] Filling belongs to filling equipment such as the platforms on the Syntegon vial liquid-filling page, where ALF 5000 lists ampoules of 1–30 ml.

Will it deliver 80 good cartons every minute?

Beili gives 40–80 pieces per minute without a test method. Agree the counted unit, your format and the trial conditions, then measure.

Is hot-melt closing included?

Beili lists it as an option. Match it to your carton closure in the equipment schedule.
