Beili Lance-Type Pallet Strapping Machine
Beili's lance-type pallet strapper threads plastic strap, PET in the operating notes, through the pallet and around the load to secure it for shipping. It takes loads 1000–1500 mm wide and 600–1400 mm high, and runs 12, 15 or 19 mm straps. The machine draws 2 kW, measures 4125 × 720 × 2485 mm and weighs 550 kg. Beili lists one piece per 10 seconds; ask whether that is one strap or a finished pallet. It suits end-of-line pallet strapping in warehouses and conveyor lines.

The pallet strapper in brief
Beili's lance-type pallet strapper secures palletized loads with plastic strap, and its operating notes name PET. A lance carries the strap through the pallet and back around the load. It handles loads 1000–1500 mm wide and 600–1400 mm high with 12, 15 or 19 mm strap, draws 2 kW and weighs 550 kg. It suits end-of-line strapping where pallets arrive by forklift or conveyor.
Start with the strap path
The key question for any lance machine is how the strap passes through or under your pallet and returns over the load. A load inside the width and height range can still be a poor fit if the pallet openings, deck boards or transfer path clash with the lance. Beili names no model on the page, so get the model designation in the offer. [1]
Beili's figures
Swipe or scroll the table to compare all columns.
| Parameter | Beili's table | Ask Beili |
|---|---|---|
| Load width | 1000–1500 mm | Which direction is measured and how it relates to the strap path |
| Load height | 600–1400 mm | Whether the pallet itself is included |
| Strap sizes | 12, 15 and 19 mm | Thickness, strap grade and any change parts |
| Cycle figure | 1 piece per 10 seconds | Whether this is one strap, one action or a whole pallet |
| Rated power | 2 kW | Supply voltage and other services |
| Machine dimensions | 4125 × 720 × 2485 mm | Extra space for transport, load positioning and servicing |
| Weight | 550 kg | Delivered build and installation needs |
The table lists 220 V/380 V and 50/60 Hz without saying which build uses which supply, so ask for the electrical schedule. Beili's description speaks of safer transport; plan your own transit test for the strapped load. [1]
Turning ten seconds into pallets per hour
A finished pallet often needs several straps. It may also need positioning, indexing, turning or a change in strap direction. Beili does not say what one ten-second count covers, so hold off calculating pallets per hour until it does.
Ask for a sequence diagram and a demonstration with your number and layout of straps. Time from the moment a load is ready to move in until the strapped pallet leaves. Note which steps an operator does and which run automatically. That gives you a full-pallet cycle you can set against another vendor's figure.
Strap material and load pressure
The operating text names PET strap but gives no thickness range, tension range or joint strength. Name your actual strap and ask Beili to confirm it will run. If you buy strap from a consumables supplier such as Yongning, whose range includes PP and PET strapping, send that same strap to the trial. If your cartons can crush or the load can shift shape, set the allowed compression and any edge protectors in the proposal.
More tension can damage a load as easily as secure it. The right setting depends on your packages and pallets, so fix it through your own agreed tests. Loads that are also stretch-wrapped on a machine such as the YN-2000B pre-stretch wrapper should be trialed with film and strap together, since the two do different load-securing jobs.
Pallet geometry and faults
Supply pallet drawings and sample pallets, with their size tolerance and the condition they arrive in from service. Ask Beili to show the clearances the lance and strap path need. Have it demonstrate what happens with a misplaced pallet, an empty strap coil or an interrupted cycle.
If the machine joins a conveyor line, give the transfer height and interfaces, and name who supplies load positioning and pallet stops. The long, narrow footprint in the table covers the machine only. Ask for a layout with guarding, access and safe loading, then check it against your floor.
Settle these with Beili first
Put these questions to Beili and keep the answers with the contract:
- the model designation and the supply voltage of your build;
- what one ten-second cycle covers, and the full-pallet time for your strap pattern;
- the strap grades and thicknesses it runs, and the parts needed to switch widths;
- the guarded layout and the conveyor interfaces it supplies.

Buyer questions
Can it strap 360 pallets an hour?
Only if each ten-second cycle finishes a whole pallet, and Beili's page leaves that open. Measure the full-pallet time in your trial. [1]
Can I switch between the three strap widths without parts?
Beili lists the widths but not the changeover method. Ask for the parts, settings and a trial run for each width.
Do I still need a transport test?
Yes. Strapping is one part of a shipping unit, so test the full strapped load for your routes.
