Beili Semi-Automatic Round-Bottle Labeler
Beili's semi-automatic round-bottle labeler puts pressure-sensitive labels on cylindrical bottles and slightly tapered containers. An operator sets each bottle in place and takes it away after labeling. It applies a single label, a full or partial wrap, or a front and back pair with adjustable spacing. The standard machine takes bottles 15–120 mm in diameter and labels 15–160 mm wide, and Beili rates it at 20–40 pieces per minute with ±0.5 mm placement. Circumferential registration and a coder are options. It suits small batches and frequent bottle changes.

The round-bottle labeler in brief
Beili's semi-automatic round-bottle labeler is a 27 kg benchtop machine for cylindrical bottles and slightly tapered containers. The operator places a bottle, the machine applies the label, and the operator removes the finished bottle. It takes diameters of 15–120 mm, runs 20–40 pieces per minute depending on bottle and label size, and places labels within ±0.5 mm. It suits short runs, frequent changeovers and products that carry one wrap label or a front and back pair.
How it works and what it labels
Beili lists full-wrap, partial-wrap and front/back labeling, with adjustable spacing between two labels. Circumferential position detection is an option, used when the label must line up with a feature on the bottle. Beili also describes taper adjustment for containers that narrow slightly. No model code appears on the page; request one with the quotation. [1]
Standard-machine parameters
Swipe or scroll the table to compare all columns.
| Item | Standard machine | What to send or ask |
|---|---|---|
| Placement accuracy | ±0.5 mm, excluding product and label errors | Agree a finished-label tolerance that includes your materials |
| Labeling rate | 20–40 pieces/minute | Varies with bottle and label size; time the operator too |
| Product diameter | 15–120 mm | Send the actual bottle shape, taper and contact surfaces |
| Label width | 15–160 mm | Check against your label drawing and roll direction |
| Label length | At least 15 mm | Ask for the maximum length on your model |
| Overall size | 750 × 450 × 450 mm | Leave room for the operator, bottles and label rolls |
| Supply and weight | 220 V, 50/60 Hz; 27 kg | State the voltage and plug type you need |
Beili calls these standard-machine parameters and offers customization. If you order options, ask for a parameter sheet that covers that exact build. [1]
Choosing the positioning option
A label can sit squarely on a round surface yet miss a handle, seam or embossed logo. If your artwork must face a fixed feature, say so in the inquiry and ask Beili to show the optional detector finding that feature on your bottles.
For front and back labels, send the finished layout and say how the gap between labels is measured. Shampoo and lotion bottles often carry this kind of pair, so personal care buyers should ship both label rolls with the empty bottles, plus the allowed variation in each. Beili's precision flat labeler quotes ±0.2 mm for flat parts with the same exclusion of product and label errors. Neither figure is a finished-package tolerance, so write your own limit into the order.
Tapered and soft containers
Beili offers taper adjustment, which makes a sample trial on your containers the sensible next step. Send bottles from both ends of your size tolerance and the actual pressure-sensitive labels. Check the seam, bubbles, wrinkles and artwork position against criteria you agree before the test.
If the bottle is soft, marks easily or varies in diameter, put that in your brief. Beili publishes no contact-force figure or bottle-stiffness range. Ask for the fixture and roller setup it proposes and see how your bottles behave on it.
Output with an operator at the machine
The 20–40 pieces per minute figure changes with bottle and label size. A realistic trial includes picking up an unlabeled bottle, placing it, labeling, removing it and reloading labels. Time the machine's application stroke and the whole workstation cycle separately, and count accepted bottles.
Watch one label-roll change and one switch to another bottle size. Note each adjustment and when the first good bottle comes off. If you order the coder or inkjet unit, check print position and legibility on finished labels. Both coding units are options, so they should appear by name in the quotation. [1]
Points to settle in writing

Buyer questions
Is circumferential positioning standard?
Beili lists the positioning detector as an option. Ask whether your quote includes it and have it shown working on your bottle. [1]
What is the longest label it takes?
The table gives a 15 mm minimum and no maximum. Ask Beili for the limit on your model and test it with a sample label.
Is the machine fully automatic?
No. An operator places and removes every bottle; the machine handles only the label application step.
