Hangzhou Longchuang Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd.

Hangzhou Longchuang Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. sells under the Rosun name from Yuhang, Hangzhou. It makes cartoners, case erectors, case packers and sealers, bagging, shrink and flow wrappers, strapping machines and palletizers, and it also imports Korean multilane machines for powder, granule and liquid products along with Korean cartoners. Its featured own model is the ROT-120 servo intermittent cartoner, built in an A version for cartons 25–80 mm wide and a B version for 80–160 mm. Rosun suits buyers who want retail cartoning and end-of-line packing from one source.

SECTION 01

Company and two supply routes

Longchuang describes itself as covering development, design, manufacture, installation, commissioning and after-sales service. Its address is in the Fengdu industrial area of Pingyao, Yuhang district. [1]

The catalogue splits into two ranges: intelligent packaging equipment, which Longchuang builds, and imported intelligent equipment, which includes the Korean multilane machines and cartoners. Some models may mix both routes, so ask which one applies to the machine you are quoting. [1] [2]

For each quoted machine, the offer should name the contracting entity, the actual manufacturer, the country of origin, the controls documentation and who carries warranty and spare parts.

Product range by package level

Strapping and palletizingSecures or stacks loads downstreamLoad, pattern and handling interfaces
Imported multilane equipmentDoses and packs in several lanesMaterial, dose, lane count and manufacturer scope

Cartoning and case packing are separate steps. A retail carton coming off a ROT-120A needs its own transfer into a shipping case, and that case packer is priced as a separate machine unless the offer lists it. The same goes for bagging, shrink and flow wrapping or pallet stacking lines: each appears in the catalogue, and each needs its own line in the quote.

SECTION 03

ROT-120 servo cartoner

The ROT-120 is a servo-driven intermittent cartoner with PLC and touchscreen control. Its alarms flag an absent product, an absent carton or a carton that fails to open, and it has safety interlocks and overload stopping. Longchuang lists it in its intelligent-equipment range. [2]

The model table gives carton widths of 25–80 mm for the ROT-120A and 80–160 mm for the ROT-120B, with shared length and height ranges. Pick the version that matches your carton width. Longchuang offers custom sizes outside the table; treat these as a separate configuration with its own drawing and quote. [2]

The page introduction gives 40–80 cartons per minute while the model table shows different values. Get a written speed from Longchuang that names your product, carton and version. [2]

SECTION 04

Planning a cartoning or line project

For a cartoner, describe how products arrive, how many go in each carton and in what orientation, plus the carton board and closing method. The model page lists feeding, product arrangement, hot-melt gluing and printing as options, so the quote should mark each as included, optional, manual or supplied by others. [2]

For a full line, sketch the transfers from primary packing to cartoning, case packing, sealing and pallet handling. Agree who owns the line controls and how each machine responds when the one before or after it stops. Continuous unattended running depends on those interfaces as much as on each machine.

SECTION 05

Confirm before ordering

The service and design statements on the website are a good starting point for an engineering discussion. Before you sign, ask Longchuang to confirm in writing:

  • delivery date, service response time and current certification scope;
  • for pharmaceutical work, the validation it will support for your process;
  • that the industry examples on the site apply to your own product;
  • for an imported machine, the original manufacturer and who handles service;
  • for a locally built machine, the drawings, component list and acceptance tests for the unit offered.

SECTION 07

Buyer questions

Is every Rosun machine imported from Korea?

No. The site lists a separate imported range alongside Longchuang's own intelligent equipment. Ask which route your model follows. [1] [2]

Does "automatic" mean no manual product feeding?

Not always. Some feeding functions are listed as options, so the offer should state what the machine does and what operators do. [2]

Can I order the ROT-120A for a carton in the B width range?

The two versions have different published width bands. Order the version that covers your carton, or ask for a custom configuration.
