Ningbo Bogote Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd.
Ningbo Bogote Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd. makes wrapping and load-handling equipment. Its website lists ring wrappers, horizontal wrappers and rotary-arm pallet wrappers, along with load turning equipment, pallet exchange and end-of-line handling. It also covers work around steel-pipe forming and strapping. Bogote suits buyers who need film applied to pallet loads or to long products, and who may want turning or pallet transfer from the same supplier. [1]

SECTION 01
Company and location
The company name places Bogote in Ningbo, Zhejiang. The footer of its website gives an address in Fengxian, Shanghai. Ask Bogote which legal entity will sign your contract, where your machine will be assembled, and which office handles installation and service. [1]
The company page also names customer references. If those projects matter to your decision, ask Bogote for contact details or a site visit you can arrange yourself.
SECTION 02
What Bogote makes
Each family handles a different job. A rotary-arm wrapper circles a pallet that stays still. A ring or horizontal wrapper feeds a long or continuous product through the film. Turning equipment changes the orientation of a load, and a pallet exchanger moves a load from one pallet to another. Pick the family that matches your load first, then ask for the model. [1]
Swipe or scroll the table to compare all columns.
| Bogote family | Typical job | Ask when quoting |
|---|---|---|
| Rotary-arm wrapping | Stretch film around a stationary pallet load | What pallet size and load height fit inside the arm sweep? |
| Ring / horizontal wrapping | Long or continuous products passing through | How is the product supported, and what ring opening is offered? |
| Load turning | Changing the orientation of a load | What load rating and restraint does the turner use? |
| Pallet exchange | Moving a load onto a different pallet | How is the load transferred, and what damage limits apply? |
| Integrated end-of-line systems | Several handling steps working together | Who owns controls, guarding and acceptance of the whole line? |
For steel pipe and other long items, ask about the ring or horizontal families. A rotary-arm machine wraps pallet loads, so it is the wrong starting point for long items or for turning a load.
SECTION 03
Rotary-arm pallet wrapper
Bogote's rotary-arm product page shows a framed wrapping installation around a pallet load on a conveyor. The page carries no model code, load rating, load envelope or output table. Ask Bogote for a configuration sheet with those figures for your load. [2]
The arm moves around the load, so the pallet itself does not spin. That helps with tall or light loads that could shift on a turntable. A turntable wrapper such as Yongning's YN-2000B rotates the load instead, which raises different stability questions.
Start your inquiry with the load. Give Bogote the pallet footprint, maximum height, mass, stability and any product restrictions. Explain how loads enter and leave the wrapping area and whether conveyors are already in place. Ask Bogote to mark which parts of the proposed installation are fixed and which move.
SECTION 04
Layout and site planning
Request a layout that shows the wrapping mechanism, the load path, operator access, film replenishment and maintenance space. The drawing should name who supplies conveying, sensing, control interfaces and guarding around the machine.
If loads arrive from a palletizing robot, decide which supplier owns the transfer between the two machines. For unstable or unusually long loads, send Bogote the real load details and ask it to propose a supported wrapping method.
SECTION 05
Film and acceptance testing
Agree the load, the film, the containment and appearance criteria and the method for counting accepted output before any test. Some machine suppliers, Yongning among them, also sell stretch film, so you can ask for machine and film settings to be proposed together.
Include film replenishment, interrupted flow and restart in the trial. If Bogote offers automatic film handling, have it demonstrated. If some manual work remains, count it in the cycle time and staffing plan. For an integrated line, run separate module tests and then a whole-line test, since a wrapping run on its own says nothing about pallet exchange or conveyor handling.
SECTION 06
Confirm before ordering
Ask Bogote to confirm in writing:
- the contracting entity, and the roles of the Ningbo and Shanghai sites;
- the exact model, load envelope, rated capacity and installed layout;
- current certificates, price and lead time;
- the manufacturing site, build documents, purchased component list and acceptance records;
- installation, commissioning, training, spares and service response in the contract.
SECTION 07
Inquiry checklist
Use these points when you prepare your request for quotation.
SECTION 08
Buyer questions
Is the Shanghai address Bogote's factory?
It is the contact address on the website footer. Ask Bogote to state in writing where your machine is built and which entity sells it. [1]
Does the product photo show a fully automatic line?
The photo shows an installation. Ask Bogote to list every module in the quotation and describe the operator's tasks between loads. [2]
Can I speak to Bogote's named customers?
Ask Bogote for references you can contact, ideally with loads similar to yours.
