Film wrapping and strapping do different jobs. How well a pallet travels depends on the load, the film or strap and the machine settings together. YN-2000B turntable wrapper

The YN-2000B wraps pallets on a rotating table and pre-stretches the film with a powered carriage. Turntable diameter, load capacity and column height come as linked options. The 1,500 mm turntable has its own load figure and the larger optional diameters carry different ones, so pick them as one set. [2]

Yongning gives turntable speed in rpm. A full pallet cycle also depends on the wrap programme and on handling, so ask how Yongning defines a completed cycle and whether film attachment, cutting, loading and unloading are part of it.

SECTION 04

Film and machine from one supplier

Because Yongning sells both, your inquiry can ask for film matched to the wrapper. Give pallet dimensions, load surfaces, protrusions, how much compression the goods tolerate and how the pallets are moved. Ask for the exact film construction and roll dimensions proposed for the wrapper you are offered, since PE stretch film covers many different rolls. [1] [2]

If you already buy film, send its specification and a few samples. If Yongning proposes a new film, compare trials run with the same wrap pattern and judged on the same load result. Ask Yongning to measure any pre-stretch film saving against what you use today.

Where cases are also sealed and strapped on the line, say whether they reach the wrapper already stacked on pallets. Ask for a quotation that lists operator tasks, conveyors, palletizing and wrapping as separate items, with each machine named. Yongning's "intelligent packaging line" label covers many possible setups, so the item list is what you compare.

Confirm before ordering

Yongning's introduction says it runs to an ISO9001 quality-management standard. If certification is part of your supplier approval, ask for the current certificate with its number, holder, site and scope. [1]

For your own load, have Yongning put in writing the film performance on your shipping route, the accepted pallets per hour, the lead time and the local service response. A representative trial plus a written service scope gives you terms you can carry into the contract.
