Bogote Rotary-Arm Pallet Wrapping Machine
The Bogote rotary-arm pallet wrapper carries stretch film on an arm that circles a stationary pallet load, so the load does not spin. Bogote's product photo shows a framed installation wrapping a palletised load on a conveyor. The page gives no model code or specification table, so the machine is sized to your load. Send pallet dimensions, load height and weight, film, the cycle you need and your conveyor interfaces, and ask Bogote for a configuration sheet and an installation drawing with guarding and load transfer.

What the Bogote rotary-arm wrapper does
Bogote lists this machine in its rotary-arm pallet-wrapping range. A powered arm carries the film carriage around a pallet load that stays still on its support or conveyor. Bogote's photo shows a framed installation with a palletised load on a conveyor. The page names the machine type only, with no model code, rated load, usable envelope or pallets-per-hour figure, so Bogote sizes each offer to the buyer's load. It suits pallet loads that you would rather not spin, such as tall or light stacks. [2]
How the arm works around your load
In a rotary-arm design, the film-carrying mechanism moves and the pallet does not. Ask Bogote for drawings that show how the load is supported, how it enters and leaves the frame, how film is handled and where guarding sits.
Bogote also makes ring and horizontal wrappers, load turning and pallet exchange equipment. If your load is a long product or needs turning, look at those families on the Bogote maker page before settling on this machine. [1]
Load data Bogote needs
Bogote can only quote a configuration once it knows the load. Send these details with your inquiry.
Swipe or scroll the table to compare all columns.
| Input to send | Why Bogote needs it |
|---|---|
| Pallet footprint and construction | Sets the support and handling interfaces |
| Maximum load height and mass | Sizes the frame and arm for your load |
| Load shape and stability | Guides the wrapping and handling method |
| Product restrictions | Sets the pressure, contact and movement the load can take |
| Film specification | Needed for application and containment trials |
| Infeed / discharge arrangement | Shows whether the machine stands alone or joins a conveyor line |
Ask for load limits written for this exact configuration. Figures from another Bogote wrapper may not carry over.
Film handling and operator work
Ask Bogote how the film is attached, applied and cut, how a finished load is released, and what the operator does between loads. List every automatic function in the quotation and have each one shown during acceptance. A catalogue family called automatic can still leave some tasks to the operator.
Cover film-roll changes, fault recovery and maintenance access too. When you compare throughput, include operator time and load transfer. A cycle time for wrapping alone will read higher than the finished loads your site actually ships.
Installation layout
Get a layout that shows the arm's moving envelope, the pallet path, conveying or support, access points and guarding. Name who supplies sensors and control interfaces upstream and downstream. Ask Bogote to say whether the conveyor and accessories in its photo are part of the standard offer. [2]
If loads come from a robotic palletizer such as Tianyu's TY-MD-00, agree who is responsible for the handover from palletizer to wrapper. Reused equipment needs its dimensions and interface details sent to Bogote. Ask the integrator to document what happens when output is blocked, a load is missing or a cycle is interrupted. Agree the guarding design and a safe test method among all the parties involved.
Measuring output and film use
Before a trial, define the load and what an acceptable finished pallet looks like. Use your real film and typical loads. Over an agreed period, record accepted wrapped loads, film use, operator work, stops and restarts. Arm speed alone gives no pallets-per-hour figure. The same holds for turntable machines such as the YN-2000B, whose listed 0–10 rpm is a rotation speed.
If load containment matters for shipping, agree a test method and limits with Bogote and your technical team. A neat-looking wrap tells you little about how the load will ride through your own handling and distribution.
Confirm before ordering
Get these points from Bogote in writing before you sign:
- the exact model, rated load, usable envelope, utilities and production rate;
- current price, lead time and certificates;
- which entity sells the machine and where it is assembled, since the company name points to Ningbo and the website address to Shanghai; [1]
- service responsibility after installation.
Get the configuration sheet before you rank offers on price or capacity. Then you can set Bogote's offer beside fully specified machines and build a complete inquiry around the same load.
Inquiry checklist
Buyer questions
How many pallets per hour does it wrap?
Bogote's page gives no rate. Ask for a rating based on your load and the offered configuration.
Is the conveyor included?
The photo shows a conveyor, but the quotation decides. Ask Bogote to list it as included or excluded. [2]
Will it handle an unstable load?
Send Bogote the real load and ask it to propose a handling and wrapping method for it.
