Hangzhou Baishang Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.

Hangzhou Baishang Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. is a Hangzhou engineering firm that designs and builds customized production lines. Its packaging work centres on quantitative powder packing, with liquid filling, pneumatic conveying, automatic batching and line-control software built around it. Baishang names coatings, fine chemicals, new materials, food, pharmaceuticals and agricultural chemicals as its sectors. It suits a plant that wants a powder bagging station tied into material supply and controls, or a full line planned from raw material to finished pack, more than a buyer shopping for one stock machine with a catalogue speed.

SECTION 01

Company and services

Baishang describes a service that starts with whole-factory planning and continues through equipment design, manufacture, installation, operator guidance and after-sales support. One contractor can therefore carry a project from layout to handover. [1]

SECTION 02

What Baishang supplies

Baishang lists five capability areas on its website and product menus. Each one answers a different question about your project, so use the table to pick the parts you want priced. [1] [2]

Swipe or scroll the table to compare all columns.

What Baishang supplies
CapabilityQuestion it answers for your plant
Pneumatic conveyingHow does material reach the production or packing point?
Automatic batchingHow are ingredients and recipes measured before packing?
Filling and packagingHow much product goes into which bag or container?
Production-control softwareWhich machines, recipes and records are linked together?
Intelligent warehousing / total integrationWhere does responsibility for finished packs end?

For a retrofit, list what already stands on site: the storage outlet, feeders, weighing equipment, bag handling, downstream conveyors and control interfaces. For a new line, set the scope from raw-material receipt to the agreed point where finished packs change hands. Ask Baishang for a scope drawing and a deliverables list that also names equipment supplied by others. A quote labelled "complete system" then cannot skip an interface.

SECTION 03

Powder packing system

At the core of Baishang's powder packaging system sit a scale, a controller, actuators and an electrical cabinet. Its functions include automatic tare, fault diagnosis, cumulative counting, stored weight settings and fast, medium and slow feeding. Depending on the powder, Baishang fits dust covers, extraction points and seals. [2]

Around the weighing station, the line can grow to include bag placement, conveying, palletizing and wrapping. Baishang adds or removes these functions per job, so check that each one you need is named in the offer. The product photo shows control cabinets; if you want a full bagging and pallet line, ask for drawings or photos of one built at that scope. [2]

SECTION 04

Liquid filling

The same product page also covers liquid-filling systems for coatings, inks and adhesives. The filling-gun layouts and recipe counts listed there describe the liquid machines. Keep the powder and liquid specifications in separate columns when you compare offers. [2]

SECTION 05

Planning a powder project

A clear quote request describes how the powder flows, how far its bulk density varies, the target pack quantity, the condition the material arrives in and the bag you plan to fill. Ask Baishang how its feeder, weighing setup and staged feed will handle that material, and what tolerance it will commit to after a trial. [2]

Treat dust control as part of the equipment scope. Agree what is enclosed, where extraction connects, who supplies the extraction unit and how staff reach parts for cleaning and maintenance. Containment and hazardous-area needs depend on your material and site, so spell them out in the request.

When batching and packing share control data, agree which recipe values can change, who may change them and what the system logs. Ask which protocol, cybersecurity design and audit trail the proposed controls will use.

SECTION 06

Comparing proposals

Ask for a functional description before you compare prices. It should cover storage, feeding, weighing, bag placement, closing, conveying and any palletizing or wrapping. Mark each stage as included or excluded, with its utility connection and the party that signs off acceptance.

Have Baishang state its design cases: which materials, which pack weights, which steps stay manual and how the line stops and restarts. Hold every supplier to those same cases. A cabinet and controller list on its own says little about whether the line will meet your production task.

SECTION 07

Confirm before ordering

Get these points from Baishang on paper:

  • current price, delivery time and site service commitments;
  • the numerical weighing accuracy for your material, backed by measured trial results;
  • conformity documents for your specific project;
  • any founding year, customer total or installed capacity you plan to rely on, since the website shows these only as animated counters. [1]

SECTION 08

SECTION 09

Buyer questions

Does a Baishang system have one bags-per-minute rating?

No. Baishang sizes each system to the material, weight and handling scope, so ask for a rate stated against your own operating case. [2]

Are palletizing and wrapping part of the standard offer?

Only when the proposal names them. Baishang adds or removes line functions to suit the need. [2]

Can Baishang plan a whole factory?

Whole-factory planning is on its service list. Ask for comparable projects and arrange a factory visit as part of choosing the supplier. [1]
