Baishang Customized Quantitative Powder Packaging System
Baishang's quantitative powder packaging system weighs powder into bags or containers using weighing equipment, controls, actuators and a control cabinet. A variable-frequency feeder runs fast, medium and slow stages, and the controls handle automatic tare, fault diagnosis, cumulative counting and stored weight settings. Product-contact parts are stainless steel. Dust covers, extraction and sealing are added to suit the material, and the line can extend to bag placement, conveying, robotic palletizing and wrapping. Each system is built to order for the buyer's powder and pack.

The system in brief
Baishang's customized quantitative powder packaging system is a weigh-and-fill station built to order around a weighing unit, controls, actuators and a control cabinet. A variable-frequency feeder doses in fast, medium and slow stages, with automatic tare, fault diagnosis, cumulative counting and stored weight recipes. Contact parts are stainless steel, and dust covers, extraction and sealing are fitted to suit the powder. Baishang sells it as a project, with no fixed model number, weight range or rated output, so it suits buyers who will define their powder, bag and line scope and ask for a matching design.
Start the inquiry with your powder and bag
Each system is configured around the material, so the quote depends on what you send. State the target quantity, the variation you want to agree, the bag or container construction, how the material is supplied and the handling sequence you expect. A request for "an automatic powder packing machine" leaves Baishang to guess at all of these. [2]
Our guide to writing a packaging brief lists the details that make offers from different factories comparable.
Weighing and control functions
Swipe or scroll the table to compare all columns.
| Function Baishang lists | What to ask for your system |
|---|---|
| Parameter setting and stored pack weights | Which values are recipes, and who controls changes? |
| Automatic tare / tare clearing | Which container is weighed, and what happens on an abnormal tare? |
| Fast, medium and slow feed stages | How are the switch points tuned for our material and target weight? |
| Fault diagnosis | Which faults are detected, and what stops? |
| Cumulative counting | Does the counter record cycles, packs made or packs accepted? |
| Stainless product-contact parts | Which parts are stainless, and in which grade? |
Ask Baishang to put a weighing accuracy figure, the stainless grade and the recipe-handling details into the offer for your order. [2]
The same product page also describes a liquid-filling system with two-stage filling guns, drum handling and recipe counts. Those details belong to the liquid machine, so leave them out of your powder specification.
Staged feeding and the material trial
The feeder runs fast at first and slows as the pack nears its target weight. How well that works depends on your powder: its flow, its density and how it behaves near the end of the fill. Overshoot and cycle time come from a trial, not from the function list. [2]
Send representative material and ask Baishang to explain how the feeder handles replenishment, bridging and restarts. If density or flow shifts between batches, test the full range you expect, not only an easy sample. Weigh results against an agreed reference method and keep every individual reading, not just the average.
A useful trial report names the material, target weight, container, feed setup, settings, number of cycles and any rejected packs. Agree the numerical acceptance limits with Baishang before the trial starts.
How much bag handling to automate
Beyond the weighing station, Baishang offers automatic bag placement, conveying, dust extraction, error correction, robotic palletizing and pallet wrapping. It also covers powder storage and software control in wider projects. Each added function moves the labour line and changes the installation. [2]
Swipe or scroll the table to compare all columns.
| Stage | Decide before comparing quotes |
|---|---|
| Material storage to feeder | Who supplies the bin, outlet interface and replenishment control? |
| Empty bag to filling point | Manual placement, or a named automatic bag-handling device? |
| Filled bag to next step | What supports the bag and moves it off the scale? |
| Closing to pallet | Which closing, checking, conveying and palletizing functions are in the price? |
| Finished pallet | Is wrapping included, and where does the hand-over happen? |
Treat this table as your own scope map and have Baishang mark every excluded item. A weighing cabinet alone tells you nothing about the throughput or floor space of the full line.
Dust control and cleaning
Baishang fits a dust cover, extraction and sealing according to the material. Agree how far the enclosure reaches, where extraction connects, who supplies the external extraction unit and how operators get in to clean. [2]
If your powder is combustible, toxic or otherwise hazardous, have a qualified engineer review the material safety data and your site conditions, and put the resulting requirements into the specification. Food and pharmaceutical users should ask for the cleaning and hygiene design for their own product.
For frequent product changes, ask to see the actual surfaces that need cleaning and the steps to remove parts. Decide whether you need residual-material checks and who carries them out.
Acceptance and a complete offer
Ask for two documents: a functional scope describing what the system does, and an equipment and utility schedule listing what will be delivered. Fill any gaps between them before you compare the price with another supplier.
Run the trial under an agreed safe protocol. It should cover steady running, material replenishment, container changes and typical faults, and show how the counter relates to accepted packs. If palletizing or wrapping is in scope, test the whole path, not only the weighing stage.
Points to settle before signing
Ask Baishang to confirm in writing, for your order:
- weighing accuracy, bags-per-hour output and the range of pack sizes;
- the stainless grade of contact parts and the relevant design documents;
- delivery time, utilities and every excluded item;
- suitability for your powder if it is hazardous, with the dust-control design proposed.

Buyer questions
Can I use the liquid-filler data from the same product page?
No. The page has separate powder and liquid sections, and each set of figures belongs to its own machine. [2]
Does stainless construction mean a specific grade or hygiene standard?
Ask Baishang to state the grade and send the hygiene design for your project.
Why is there no output figure?
Baishang configures each system to order and publishes no general rating. Your material, pack weight and handling scope set the rate, which a proposal and trial will show.
