Ningbo Tianyu Machinery Co., Ltd.
Ningbo Tianyu Machinery Co., Ltd. (宁波天鱼机械有限公司) is a conveying and handling equipment maker in Xiangshan, Ningbo, founded in 1998. It builds bottle, case and pallet conveyors, spiral lifts, product routing equipment and robotic palletizing and depalletizing cells, and it designs, machines, installs and commissions them itself. Tianyu fits a packaging project that needs machines linked together, product flow managed, or cartons and pallets moved by robot at the end of the line.

SECTION 01
Company and engineering scope
Tianyu's company page gives Xiangshan, Ningbo as its home and 1998 as its founding year. It describes one business that covers design, development, machining, installation and commissioning, so the same team can draw a layout and put it into service. [1]
Several companies trade under similar Tianyu names. Put the Chinese name above on the quotation and the contract, so the entity you pay is the one that builds and supports your line.
The company page also mentions past projects, named customers, quality systems, patents and a technical appraisal. These are useful topics for supplier qualification, and the checks for them are set out near the end of this page. [1]
SECTION 02
What Tianyu makes
Each family below does a different job in a line. A layout may combine several, and each one is sized on its own inputs.
Swipe or scroll the table to compare all columns.
| Equipment family | Job in the line | What Tianyu needs from you |
|---|---|---|
| Bottle / case / pallet conveying | Move a package from one operation to the next | Package size, rate, and the machines before and after |
| Spiral conveyors and lifting | Change height | Load, height change, floor space and transfer points |
| Routing / lane-handling equipment | Split, merge and organize product flow | Lane layout, accumulation and how lines stop |
| Robotic palletizing / depalletizing | Stack packed goods or unload stacked material | Load, gripping surface, pallet pattern and cycle |
| Carton-related auxiliary equipment | Feed packaging material to the line | Condition of incoming cartons or board |
The company page discusses bottle conveying at a stated bottle rate. That figure belongs to a conveyor job, so ask for the robot cell's own payload and cycle when you quote a palletizer. [1] [2]
Depalletizing is its own job too. An empty-can unit such as Zhengguang's ZGXD150 unloads cans ahead of filling, while a palletizing cell stacks finished cases at the far end.
SECTION 03
TY-MD-00 robotic palletizer
Tianyu's robot range includes the TY-MD-00 palletizing machine. Its product page names the machine and shows it with packed goods; payload, robot reach and cycle rate are agreed in the quotation for your load. The same catalogue carries separate machines for lifting bundled boards, cutting straps and unloading stacked packaging material, each a different task from palletizing. [2]
To get a TY-MD-00 proposal, send the packed-product size, the heaviest item the robot will lift, pallet type, layer pattern and how product reaches the cell on the conveyor. Tianyu should reply with the robot, the gripper and the cell equipment included in the price.
SECTION 04
Planning a linked line
Start from a flow drawing. Show every existing machine, the direction and height of travel, the package state at each handoff and the places where product can accumulate. Then describe normal running and what should happen when a machine downstream stops. A conveyor can hit its rated speed while one transfer, one routing gate or one manual station still limits the whole line.
If finished pallets go on to a stretch wrapper, draw it in as well. A wrapper that stops will back pallets up into the robot cell, so that stop signal needs to be part of the controls plan.
For the robot cell, separate the single item picked from the full load the arm carries, including the gripper and any layer tool. Ask Tianyu to explain the duty point it used to pick the robot. Agree in the contract who supplies guarding, access control and the signals to surrounding machines, and have a qualified person assess the site layout and risks.
SECTION 05
Confirm before ordering
Use the published range to build your conveying and handling brief. Payload, throughput, commissioning time, service response and price are set in the quotation for your configuration. Before signing, ask Tianyu to confirm in writing:
- the legal seller, matching 宁波天鱼机械有限公司 on the contract;
- current quality-system certificates and any patents you rely on, each with holder, scope and date; [1]
- a reference customer, with permission to contact them, who runs a handling task like yours;
- the rated payload and cycle of the exact robot and gripper offered for TY-MD-00. [2]

SECTION 07
Buyer questions
Does the bottle rate on Tianyu's company page apply to TY-MD-00?
No. That rate describes a conveying job. Ask Tianyu for the robot cell's own cycle for your pallet pattern. [1] [2]
Is every robot in the Tianyu catalogue a palletizer?
No. The catalogue lists separate machines for boards, straps and stacked packaging material. Name the object and the operation first, then choose the model. [2]
Who signs off the safety of the robot cell?
The buyer and Tianyu agree guarding and access in the contract, and a qualified assessor reviews the installed cell on site.
