Tianyu TY-MD-00 Robotic Palletizing Machine
The Tianyu TY-MD-00 is a robotic palletizing machine from Ningbo Tianyu Machinery in Xiangshan. Product photographs show an articulated robot stacking packed goods with a dedicated gripper, fed by conveyors at the end of a packaging line. Tianyu does not publish payload, reach or cycle figures for it, so send your pack dimensions and weight, pallet size, layer patterns and conveyor height to receive a matched configuration and quotation.

What the TY-MD-00 is
The TY-MD-00 is the robotic palletizing machine in Tianyu's handling range. It takes packed goods off the end of a conveyor and stacks them onto a pallet in a set pattern. Tianyu publishes no payload, reach, cycle rate, robot brand or gripper type for it, so get each of these written into the quotation for your product. It suits a packaging line that needs cartons, cases or bundles stacked by robot instead of by hand. [2]
How to get a matched configuration
A palletizing cell is sized around what it picks up and where it puts it. Tell Tianyu the packed-product dimensions and weight, how packs arrive, the pallet pattern and the hours per day the cell will run.
Swipe or scroll the table to compare all columns.
| What to send | Why Tianyu needs it |
|---|---|
| Smallest and largest packed-product dimensions | Sets the gripper and how packs are presented |
| Maximum object mass and variation | Needed to choose the robot and its handling setup |
| Surface and structural condition | Tells whether a vacuum, clamp or other gripper will hold |
| Single item, multiple items or a layer | Changes the cycle and the full moving load |
| Pallet dimensions and target stack pattern | Fixes the place positions and stacking order |
| Conveyor height and pick position | Sets the physical interface to the cell |
Ask Tianyu which end effector it is offering and to include its weight in the robot selection. Payload and reach come from the offered robot's data sheet. Speeds that Tianyu quotes elsewhere for bottle conveyors describe conveyor jobs and are separate from the robot's stacking rate. [1] [2]
Throughput in one agreed unit
Fix the counting unit first: single packs, picks, layers or full pallets. One pick may carry several packs, and a full pallet adds handling time for the pallet change. Offers counted in different units cannot be ranked against each other.
Give Tianyu the pallet patterns and product mix you actually run. Request a cycle study or a demonstration that covers pick, travel, place, return and any extra actions in scope. List pallet exchange, interlayer sheets and automatic pallet supply as separate lines, each marked in or out.
A clip of repeated identical picks shows only steady running. Ask to see a pallet change, a missing pack, a shifted pack and a downstream stop, and agree which records the demonstration will produce.
Conveyor and line interfaces
Tianyu as a company also builds conveying, routing and other handling systems. That makes a combined quotation possible; each system still needs its own line in the TY-MD-00 offer to be included. [1]
Swipe or scroll the table to compare all columns.
| Interface | Ask Tianyu to state |
|---|---|
| Package delivery | Who sets orientation, spacing and the ready-to-pick signal |
| Cell entry | Which conditions stop the robot from attempting a pick |
| Pallet supply and removal | Manual or automatic, and whose equipment |
| Fault recovery | What happens to a part-built pallet and to queued packs |
| Downstream wrapping | Included, supplied by another vendor, or outside scope |
Tianyu should send back a single layout and a controls description that covers all of these. If a rotary-arm pallet wrapper follows the cell, give both suppliers the same pallet discharge point and stop signal so the handoff is designed once. Guarding, access and interaction with nearby machines need review by qualified personnel at your site.
Acceptance demonstration
- Name the actual robot, gripper and auxiliary equipment in the proposal.
- Run the largest and smallest packs in your range on the pallet patterns you will use.
- Record good placements, damaged packs, mispicks, stops and recovery work against agreed criteria.
- Include the pallet change and any sheet or auxiliary handling in the purchased scope.
- Check the agreed interfaces to the upstream conveyor and the downstream machine.
- Keep the tested configuration and its software or recipe version with the acceptance record.
You and Tianyu set the safe test method and the pass limits together. The installed cell also needs its own site assessment.
Confirm before ordering
Ask Tianyu to confirm these in writing for the exact configuration offered: rated payload, reach, cycle capacity, full installed footprint, electrical and air consumption, pattern storage, gripper design, price and delivery. Each figure in the bid should name the robot and setup it was measured on. [2]
With those figures in hand you can compare proposals line by line and place a fixed-capacity order.
Inquiry checklist
Buyer questions
Can I estimate the payload from Tianyu's photographs?
No. Ask for the rated payload of the robot and gripper in the offered configuration. [2]
Does TY-MD-00 change pallets automatically?
Automatic pallet changing is a scope item. Ask Tianyu to list it in the quotation as included or optional.
Why choose TY-MD-00 when the page lists no ratings?
The model and the maker are clearly identified, and Tianyu sizes the cell to your load. Sending the data above gets you a proposal built for your product and pallet.
