The JKM website lists three related operations on its contact page: Shanghai Jinkai, Ningbo Jukai in Xiangshan, and a site in Suzhou, Anhui. That Suzhou is 宿州 in Anhui province, a different city from 苏州 in Jiangsu. [1]
Because the brand covers several companies, ask JKM to name on the offer which one sells the line, which one builds it and which one services it. The contact page also helps you plan a factory visit: ask where your machine is assembled, where it can be shown running, and who handles service outside China.

Micro canning line
For a beverage plant, the starting product is the JKM micro canning line. JKM describes a compact, movable unit that carries out filling and closing, with optional machines before and after it. Output and the range of can sizes are set per configuration, so request both in the quotation. [2]

JKM builds the line in SUS304 with food-grade filling hoses, titanium-coated seaming rollers and a Siemens operator interface. Ask for a bill of materials for your project that lists wetted parts, seals, hose documents and the exact controls supplied. [2]
SECTION 03
Who builds what
Ask the selling company to mark which parts of the line it makes and which it buys in, and to name the party responsible for final integration. Write the purchase specification for the whole integrated system, so one company answers for it even if the subassemblies come from different workshops.

Quoting a canning project
Send can and end drawings together, adding the beverage type, temperature, carbonation where it applies, fill volume and the output you will accept. Can diameter alone does not decide which end and tooling fit. JKM should list the change parts and adjustment work for each format.
Agree the trial setup before you compare offers. A demo with cans loaded by hand runs differently from a line fed by a depalletizer. Compare finished-can output measured with lid supply, seam checks and downstream stops all running, rather than filling speed on its own.

Confirm before ordering
The micro canning page gives no price, delivery time, model code, can range or sustained output, and some of its photo captions are unclear. Ask JKM for a dated configuration sheet with the model code, a layout and a table of who does what. Ask for these documents in writing as well:

Do three seaming rollers guarantee a good seam?
The rollers describe how the seamer works. A good seam is shown by tests on your agreed can and end, with the setup and inspection results recorded. [2]
What cans-per-hour rate does the micro line reach?
The product page gives no rate. Ask JKM for an output figure tied to your can, beverage and configuration, measured on the micro line itself.
