JKM (Ningbo Jukai) Micro Canning Line

The JKM micro canning line from Ningbo Jukai is a compact, movable SUS304 machine that purges cans with CO2, fills them, drops lids from a photoelectric chute, closes them with three titanium-coated seaming rollers and spray-rinses the outside. What the micro canning line does

The JKM micro canning line is a compact, movable machine that fills and closes beverage cans. In one frame it purges each can with CO2, fills it, places the lid, seams it and rinses the outside. JKM builds it in SUS304 stainless steel with replaceable food-grade hoses and a Siemens operator panel. It suits a brewery or drinks maker that wants to can in-house on a small footprint. Model codes, can sizes and output are set per configuration, so the quotation is where those numbers come from. [2]

The can's path through the line

Can supply: cans are loaded by hand or arrive from the optional can depalletizer and conveyor.
Purge and filling: agree beverage conditions, fill volume and the operating sequence with JKM.
Lid drop: a photoelectric lid chute feeds lids and drops them automatically onto the cans.
Seaming: three titanium-coated rollers close the can; ask for the tooling and inspection steps for your can and end.
Rinse and discharge: an external spray rinse cleans the can before it leaves; plan drainage, the transfer out and what happens when downstream stops.

The external rinse washes the outside of the can. Product shelf life and sterility depend on your own beverage process.

Line options

The product page offers a can depalletizer, plastic-chain conveyors, a turnover rinsing channel, labeling or sleeving, coding and packing equipment around the filler. Mark each one as included, optional, excluded or buyer-supplied, and name who answers for each interface. The JKM brand covers several related companies, so the offer should also say which of them supplies and services each option. [2]

On a small site, draw where cans, ends, finished packs, operators and maintenance access will sit. A movable filler still needs fixed services and handling equipment around it. If moving the machine is part of your plan, ask how it is disconnected and repositioned, and request clearance and floor-load figures for the frame.

Trial with your own cans and beverage

Fix the can and end specification, the beverage conditions and the fill target before the trial. Agree how fill level, seam condition, leaks, can appearance and rejects will be judged, and set the pass limits with the technical people responsible on both sides.

Count good cans over an agreed run. Log startup waste, gaps in can or lid supply, seam stops, product loss and how the line restarts. If you need low oxygen pickup, agree the measurement method with JKM and ask for measured results; the CO2 purge is the mechanism, and the number comes from the test.

If you run more than one format, include a timed changeover and list every replacement part. Keep the configuration revision and trial conditions with the test report, because a sales video shows someone else's can and drink.

Confirm before ordering

Ask JKM to confirm in writing:

the exact model code, the can and end sizes it runs, and output measured under stated conditions;
whether the depalletizer is in the base price or listed as an option; [2]

the cleaning procedure, utilities, layout and commissioning scope.
