Guqi GQL-4535 L-Sealer and GQS-4525 Shrink-Wrapping System
The Guqi GQL-4535 is an L-sealer that wraps products in POF or PVC shrink film, paired with a GQS-4525 shrink tunnel. It takes products 100–450 mm long, 60–350 mm wide and 5–120 mm high, within combined limits of L + H ≤ 450 mm and W + H ≤ 350 mm. Film feeding, perforation, cutting and sealing, waste take-up and photoelectric sensing are built in, with manual format adjustment. What the GQL-4535 system does
The GQL-4535 is Guqi's L-sealer for shrink-wrapped products, sold with a GQS-4525 shrink tunnel. The sealer wraps the product in POF or PVC film and seals it, and the tunnel shrinks the film tight. It accepts products up to 450 mm long, 350 mm wide and 120 mm high, subject to two combined limits. The listed power is 2 kW and 13 kW for the two modules. It suits products that need a film overwrap and fit inside those size limits. [2]
Sealer and tunnel models
The page title names the GQL-4535 and the GQS-4525, while one technical entry calls the tunnel GQS-4525L. Ask Guqi to name both machines and their revision in your quotation. [2]

Here is how the combined limit works. A product 400 mm long and 80 mm high adds up to more than 450 mm, so it fails the L + H rule even though each dimension sits inside its own band. Do this sum for every product before you ask for a trial. [2]
Send Guqi real samples and state how each one lies on the infeed. Mention protrusions, soft or irregular shapes and size tolerances. Ask Guqi to show the film path and the clearances your pack needs.
Speed and power entries
The specification table lists speed entries of 1–28 and 20–50 in neighbouring columns, along with the 2 kW and 13 kW power entries. The power figures belong to the sealer and tunnel separately, and neither is energy per pack. Ask Guqi for a clean, dated sheet with column headings and units. [2]
Ask Guqi to state the accepted output of the whole system for your product, film and finish standard. A tunnel conveyor setting and finished packs per minute measure different things.
Film and controls
Guqi lists film feeding, perforation, cutting and sealing, waste take-up and photoelectric sensing in both horizontal and vertical directions, with manual format adjustment. POF and PVC are the named film types. [2]
Give Guqi the film grade, thickness, width and roll size you plan to use. Estes' EST-EW film wrapper shows why this matters in another shrink application: its page names microperforated shrink film but uses unclear material codes, and only a written film grade settled it. Tell Guqi how much heat the product tolerates and how the pack must look. Ask how the controls detect the product, what the operator adjusts between formats and how the machine deals with a failed or incomplete pack. Even an automatic wrapper of this type needs an operator for format changes.
Trial and acceptance
A good sample trial checks the seal, film appearance, product condition and consistency across typical products. Agree what counts as an accepted or rejected pack before you time the run. Record the sealer and tunnel settings and the film used so a passed trial can be repeated in production.
Include start-up, film replenishment and stop/restart in the trial. If the wrapper sits between other machines, test what happens when output is blocked and when input stops. Guqi also makes case erecting, case packing and strapping equipment, so if those neighbouring machines come from Guqi, write their interface tests into the same offer. Name who supplies accumulation and who owns the signals between machines.
Installation and service
Ask for a layout of the sealer and tunnel together, with guarding, operator access, film loading and maintenance space. Request the electrical and other utility needs for the delivered configuration, plus a list of consumables and wear parts.
Confirm before ordering
Before you sign, have Guqi put these in writing:
- the exact sealer and tunnel models, with a readable specification sheet;
- the accepted system output for your product and film;
- the installed footprint of both machines together;
- installation, training, commissioning, format parts and service response, with price and lead time.

Will any product up to 450 mm long fit?
Only if its length plus height stays within 450 mm. A long product must be correspondingly flat. [2]

Ask Guqi for the unit and for a written system output based on your product.
Which films can I use?
Guqi names POF and PVC. Send your actual film and products so Guqi can test them on the machine.
