Ningbo HGM Food Machinery Co., Ltd.
Ningbo HGM Food Machinery Co., Ltd., which its company page also names Ningbo Hugang Food Machinery, builds stainless-steel vessels, beer brewing equipment, distilling equipment and beverage packaging machines in Ningbo, Zhejiang. HGM dates the business to 2002, started beer equipment in 2004, distilling equipment in 2008 and packaging equipment in 2013. Its packaging example is a semi-automatic two-station keg filler rated at 60 kegs an hour on 30-litre kegs. HGM suits breweries and drinks plants that want tanks, process plant and keg filling from one Ningbo maker, or a single machine to add to an existing site.

SECTION 01
What HGM makes
HGM's company page describes four lines of work that grew one after another: stainless vessels came first, then brewing, distilling and finally beverage packaging. Each one calls for a different set of inputs from you. [1]
Swipe or scroll the table to compare all columns.
| Equipment area | What to send HGM | Settle in the quotation |
|---|---|---|
| Stainless vessels and brewing plant | Process duty, working conditions and cleaning needs | Vessel design and the compliance rules at your site |
| Distilling equipment | Feed, intended process and installation conditions | Distilling references that match your project, kept apart from brewing jobs |
| Keg equipment | Keg geometry, fitting type and the steps you need | Whether cleaning, filling or both are quoted |
| Wider packaging integration | Input and output conditions and the line layout | Which accessories and connecting services are in the price |
A brewery or beverage plant often needs tanks, transfer piping and keg handling at the same time. A purchase order for one HGM machine covers that machine. If you want HGM to carry more of the process, draw the boundary first and write a named supplier against every interface.
SECTION 02
The two-station keg filler
HGM's listed packaging machine is a semi-automatic keg filler with two stations. The operator positions each keg, and the machine then runs a controlled filling sequence with a PLC, a display and flow measurement. The product page address contains wording about keg cleaning, while the visible description covers filling, so buy it as a filler and specify washing on its own line. [2]
Swipe or scroll the table to compare all columns.
| Item | HGM figure |
|---|---|
| Rated output | 60 kegs per hour, based on 30-litre kegs |
| Keg volume range | 17–58 litres |
| Keg diameter and height | Published as size bands on the product page |
| Operation | Operator places the keg; filling runs under PLC control |
Use the size bands to screen your kegs, then send the fitting type and drawings so HGM can match couplers. The hourly rate belongs to the 30-litre keg, so ask for a separate figure at the volume you fill most. [2]
Ask HGM where keg washing happens, which couplers come with the machine, how beer reaches the filler from the tank and what the operator does between cycles. Those answers decide who carries hygiene responsibility and what output you can accept. If you are also weighing cans, the JKM micro canning line puts purging, filling, lid placement and seaming into one compact frame, which is a very different scope from a keg station.
SECTION 03
Factory and quality setup
HGM's profile refers to manufacturing and quality capabilities and quotes ISO9001:2008, an older edition of that standard. It also says HGM accepts third-party inspection against named requirements. [1]
On a factory visit, ask which fabrication and assembly steps take place at the site offered for your order, which components HGM buys in, and how final tests are recorded. If you want to witness welding, pressure, cleaning or performance tests, agree the inspection plan and its witness points before you place the order.
SECTION 04
Plan the brewery interface
A good inquiry package for HGM holds keg drawings and fitting details, beverage conditions, the source-tank connection, the output you need, your cleaning arrangements and the utilities on site. Add a layout that shows keg movement and operator access. Ask HGM to describe what the machine does on interrupted supply, an incomplete fill and an emergency stop.
Put service on its own line of the offer: installation, training, commissioning, spare seals and couplers, controls support and warranty terms. Ask HGM to name its response time and where its service staff are based for your country.
SECTION 05
Confirm before ordering
Ask HGM to confirm in writing:
- the legal entity that sells to you and the current manufacturing and service site;
- current ISO and inspection certificates showing the issuer, legal entity, site, scope and dates, in place of the ISO9001:2008 wording on the profile;
- for a vessel project, the documents that apply to that vessel and your destination country;
- for the keg filler, the electrical, guarding, material and test documents for the exact configuration;
- the filler's output at your keg volume and with your beverage.

SECTION 07
Buyer questions
Does the two-station machine also wash kegs?
The product description covers filling. Order washing as a separate item with its own specification. [2]
Does 60 kegs/hour apply to 58-litre kegs?
HGM states the rate for 30-litre kegs. Ask for a rating at 58 litres or whatever size you fill. [2]
Are HGM's ISO certificates current?
The profile cites ISO9001:2008. Ask HGM for current certificate files and check the issuer, site and scope before you order. [1]
