Hangzhou EPLUS OBO Packaging Technology Co., Ltd.
Hangzhou EPLUS OBO Packaging Technology Co., Ltd. is a Hangzhou packaging-machine maker whose catalogue covers EVE vertical form-fill-seal baggers, EPACK horizontal packaging machines, ECC cartoners and integrated systems that join product preparation to packing. The best-documented family is the EVE continuous-motion bagger, listed at 5–200 packs per minute with pillow-bag widths from 35 to 250 mm and lengths from 60 to 700 mm. EPLUS OBO suits buyers who make film bags from rollstock and want one supplier for the bagger and the cartoning or horizontal stage around it. [1] [2]

SECTION 01
Product families
EPLUS OBO groups its machines by packaging task. Pick the family that matches your process, then ask for the model sheet of that family alone. Speeds and formats differ from one family to the next, so check each quotation against its own sheet. [1]
Swipe or scroll the table to compare all columns.
| Family | What it does | First question for the factory |
|---|---|---|
| EVE vertical packaging | Forms, fills and seals bags from rollstock film | Which film, bag style and dosing unit will the line use? |
| EPACK horizontal packaging | Packs products in horizontal arrangements | How must the product be presented and oriented? |
| ECC cartoning | Loads and closes cartons | Which carton construction and feeder come with it? |
| Integrated systems | Links preparation and packing equipment | Who owns transfer, controls and acceptance? |
SECTION 02
The EVE series in brief
EVE machines run in continuous motion. EPLUS lists 5–200 packs/min as the series range, so ask for the rate at your own product, dose and bag size. Standing bags follow their own size rules. Give EPLUS OBO the standing-bag drawing on its own sheet, apart from any pillow-bag sizes. The EVE equipment page carries the full size table, dosing questions and trial plan. [2]
The China Dairy Industry Association entry dated 13 June 2025 lists EVE at 200 bpm and a twin version, EVETW, at 400 bpm. When you compare offers, keep the 400 bpm figure with the twin system and judge a single EVE against 200 bpm. [3]
SECTION 03
Planning a vertical bagging line
The EVE machine forms and seals the bag. Product reaches it from a separate dosing unit: a weigher, an auger, a liquid doser or another feeder, depending on what you pack. Ask EPLUS OBO which dosing module it includes, who controls the handoff signal and how the line reacts when product or film runs out. Wolf's VCI series makes a good comparison, because Wolf offers the same bagger with four kinds of feeder, from cup dosing to pumping.
Send the film structure, thickness, seal requirements, printed repeat where relevant and a drawing of the finished bag. Ask for the proposed forming set and change parts. Compare EVE with other bagging machines on the same three points: bag size, dosing interface and accepted output.
SECTION 04
Factory and documents to request
Ask which site assembles the offered machine, which components are bought in and how the final test is recorded. Request current electrical and guarding documents, product-contact material details where they apply and maintenance instructions for the quoted build.
SECTION 05
How to ask for a quote
Send a brief with product behaviour, target dose and bag drawing, film samples, your accepted output target and the layout upstream and downstream. State whether you need coding, checkweighing, rejection and conveying. Ask EPLUS OBO to mark each one as included, optional or buyer-supplied. Set acceptance on finished, conforming packs and include the format changes you will run in production.
SECTION 06
Confirm before ordering
The company name differs between the website's company text and its footer. The association entry also uses different names in its heading and body. Before contracting, ask EPLUS OBO to confirm the legal seller, registration details, manufacturing address and brand authorization in writing. A product image on the EVE page carries the label EVI4000, so ask which exact model the quotation covers. The sources give no price, lead time, certificate details or dosing accuracy; request them for your order.

SECTION 08
Buyer questions
Does every EVE machine reach 200 packs per minute?
EPLUS gives 200 packs/min as the top of a 5–200 series range. Ask for the rate on your own product and bag size in writing. [2]
What is the 400 bpm figure in the association listing?
It belongs to EVETW, a twin system listed apart from EVE. [3]
Which company signs the contract?
The sources use more than one company name. Ask EPLUS OBO to name the legal seller and manufacturing site before you sign.
