Huilong HL-BCSC-1200 PET Jar Filling and Sealing Line

The HL-BCSC-1200 from Hangzhou Huilong weighs, fills and seals PET jars in one integrated line. It takes jars of 50–1,000 ml, 40–115 mm across and 50–160 mm tall, closed with an aluminium inner seal and a PP outer cap. Huilong offers it for granular foods and for non-food goods such as detergents. The description adds bottle blowing, freshness keeping, deoxidizing sealing and printing. The main machine runs on 380 V/50 Hz with a 2.0 kW drive. Ask Huilong which functions your quoted version includes and which output figure applies to it.

What the HL-BCSC-1200 does

The HL-BCSC-1200 is Huilong's integrated jar line: one machine that weighs product, fills it into PET jars, applies an aluminium inner seal and fits a PP outer cap. It handles jars of 50–1,000 ml with necks of 50–100 mm. The specification table gives two maximum capacity figures, 1,200 BPH and 3,000 BPH. Huilong offers the line for granular foods and for non-food goods such as detergents. [2]

Each capacity figure belongs to some configuration that the table leaves unnamed. Ask Huilong to state in the quotation which version you are buying and the rate it reaches with your jar. Plan around that written figure.

The table also gives fill entries in millilitres and in grams. Product density varies, so state your target net weight or volume and send real product. A jar that fits the machine may still be too small for your portion. [2]

Send jars and closures from your own packaging supplier, with tolerances and samples from more than one batch. Neck diameter alone leaves out thread engagement and the sealing surface. Approve the line on your own packaging.

Functions in the description

The product description lists bottle blowing, weighing, filling, freshness keeping, deoxidizing sealing and printing. [2] Huilong's full catalogue sells blowing machines, multihead weighers and labellers as separate products. Ask whether each function comes inside this line or from another Huilong machine.

Request a scope drawing that shows where jars enter, how product reaches the weigher and filler, where the inner seal goes on, where the cap is fitted and what leaves the line. If PET jar blowing is part of the order, list preform handling and its utilities on their own. If you buy jars ready-made, describe how they arrive.

Freshness keeping and deoxidizing sealing are functions named in the description. Shelf life and residual oxygen depend on your product, jar and process. Set your own targets and test for them.

The 2.0 kW figure is drive power for the main machine. Ask for a full electrical load list and air consumption for every unit in the order, including blowing and other extras. Size the compressor from consumption figures, since the 0.8 MPa value gives pressure only. [2]

Add space for product supply, operators, servicing and removing parts. Check what each dimension covers. The autoloader stands 2,900 mm high, so measure your ceiling and door openings and agree its orientation.

How to run a trial

Test with your real product and the full packaging set. For a fragile granular food, watch for breakage and spills. For a dusty product, look at the filling and capping stations during the run. If you also plan to pack a detergent on the same line, trial it on its own and record the cleaning between products. Agree a written cleaning and product-contact plan before mixing food and non-food runs.

Name the configuration and whether its rate matches the 1,200 or the 3,000 BPH entry.
Define an accepted jar, including the fill and closure checks your team chooses.
Count jars processed, jars accepted, rejects and every stop with its cause.
Change to a second jar or product and log the adjustments and cleaning.
Keep samples and records tied to the jar and closure revision and the quoted machine.

A clip of empty jars on the conveyor tells you little. Ask for a filled, sealed run with counts.

No. Huilong labels it drive power for the main machine. Ask for a load schedule that covers the line and all extras. [2]

Can this line close metal cans?

The table covers PET jars with an aluminium inner seal and PP cap. A metal-can project needs a separate specification from Huilong. [2]

Will the line give my product a set shelf life?

Shelf life depends on your product, jar and process. Agree targets and test them during the trial.
