BUYER PLANNING NOTES

Identify the actual product conditions

Describe the household product, physical form and intended packing condition. Provide the supplier with the relevant product documentation through an agreed private channel. Ask which compatibility and handling questions must be resolved before selecting contact materials or a machine configuration. Do not assume that equipment for one cleaning product is suitable for a different formulation.

Specify the dispensing and closing format

For liquids or pastes, state the fill quantity and container range. For powders, granules or individual items, describe the required count or mass and the package format. Include the exact cap, trigger, pump, pouch seal or other closure in the brief. Ask whether component feeding, closing, labeling and coding are included or require separate equipment.

Set the trial and installation boundaries

Agree on the samples and checks needed for dosing, closure, package appearance and leakage where relevant. Ask how spills, residual product and changeovers will be handled in the proposed process. Have the responsible technical personnel assess site conditions and any product-specific hazards before installation. Compare quotations using the same agreed configuration and acceptance conditions, and keep unresolved compatibility claims out of the confirmed specification.
