Ningbo Anxiang Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.
Ningbo Anxiang Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. is based in Zhouxiang, Cixi, in Zhejiang. It builds machines that count small parts and pack them: visual counting, weighing-based counting, tubular-film packaging and customized lines. Anxiang names electronics, rubber and plastic parts, toys, hardware and irregular components as its main applications. It fits manufacturers who ship loose pieces in counted bags and want counting and bagging handled by one supplier. [1]

SECTION 01
What Anxiang makes
The company page groups the range into four kinds of equipment. Visual counters identify and tally pieces with a camera. Weighing counters work out the count from mass. Tubular-film machines wrap the counted group in film. Customized lines combine these stages for a specific part or kit. [1]
The headline product is the AX-Pack integrated visual counting and packaging machine. Its page describes counting and packing in one system. The page carries no model code, speed, count accuracy or package-size table, and Anxiang lists the machine in its warehouse inventory category. Ask Anxiang to state in the quotation whether the machine you are offered forms and closes the bag, or counts only. [2]
SECTION 02
Match the machine to your counting job
Start from the parts and the finished pack. The table pairs common jobs with what to send and what to ask Anxiang to show.
Swipe or scroll the table to compare all columns.
| Your job | What to send | What to ask Anxiang to show |
|---|---|---|
| Repeated identical parts | Samples covering the normal spread of size and colour | Machine count set against a known reference count |
| Irregular or overlapping parts | Pieces in their hardest orientations and clumps | How parts are spread out and separated before counting |
| Mixed component kits | The kit recipe and rules for telling parts apart | Correct mix and count for your real kit |
| Counted pieces in a bag | Count per bag and a drawing of the finished pack | A full count-to-bag trial |
| Inventory counting only | How parts come in and leave, and what records you need | A list of any packaging functions included |
If your parts are uniform enough to dose by weight, a weigher feeding a bagger is another route. Zhongheng's catalogue covers that set-up, and the Zhongheng profile explains how its multihead weighers connect to packaging machines. A trial on that route measures portion weight. A visual counter trial measures piece count.
SECTION 03
How a counting line hangs together
Feeding decides results as much as the counter does. Ask Anxiang for a scope drawing showing feeding, separation, counting, accumulation and packing. It should say which parts need a dedicated feeder or change parts.
The handoff from counter to bagging stage is where counts get lost. Ask how a counted group travels to the bag and how the line stops without breaking the link between a count and its pack. Vertical baggers solve this with a signal between machines. Wolf's VCI series, for example, starts each fill only after the bag-bottom seal, through communication with the feeder above.
Anxiang also builds custom equipment. Send representative good and difficult samples at the first inquiry. Ask which configuration is proposed, where it is assembled, which vision and control components are bought in, and who handles programming, software updates and service.
SECTION 04
Running a sample trial
Agree the error definitions before any test. List what counts as a missing part, an extra part, a wrong mix and a rejected batch. Ask Anxiang how the system flags an uncertain count and where a doubtful group goes.
Request a written sample-test report. It should name the parts, the settings, the run length and every discrepancy found. If you run several recipes, include recipe selection and a changeover in the test.
SECTION 05
Confirm before ordering
Anxiang's general site news uses broad accuracy wording. Ask for a machine-specific accuracy figure measured on your parts, with the test conditions written down.
Get these points from Anxiang in writing:
- the model code, throughput and package-size range for the quoted machine;
- whether the quoted scope covers counting and bagging, or inventory counting only;
- the legal entity that will sign the contract, with current certificates, price and delivery date;
- the results on transparent, reflective or overlapping parts, if your range includes them.

SECTION 07
Buyer questions
Will Anxiang count my parts with zero errors?
Anxiang publishes no measured error rate for a specific machine. Run a trial on your own parts and agree the acceptable error count first.
Can one Anxiang machine handle every industry on its list?
The industry list describes the whole range. Each part and pack needs its own assessment and sample run. [1]
Why does the AX-Pack page have no model number?
The product page gives a descriptive name only. Ask Anxiang for the model code and full specification sheet with your quotation. [2]
